Q.What is a subscription and what is it for?
A.A Premium subscription allows you to enjoy
additional benefits to the free service that Rapidgator.net offers. When
you buy Premium subscription, you sign up for auto renewal by default.
This means that your account will be charged again 24 hours before your
premium is expired and that your Premium subscription will be extended
for another period which you have selected. This allows you to enjoy our
Premium service without having to worry about the subscription
expiring. You can however easily unsubscribe from auto renewal on your
Rapidgator.net profile page.

Q.Is it safe to purchase a Premium subscription?
A. Absolutely. All payments are processed via an
SSL connection and our online payment provider is fully PCI DDS Level 1
compliant which guarantees you that your payment information is safe.

Q.I plan to store valued file on your server. Will my information be well protected?
A.Yes. We deeply care about the security of your
files. More over than protected. Every time you upload a file, a backup

A.As free user You can upload files up to 500MB and download files up to 500 MB!

Q. How can i upload files?
A. It's very simple. Click "Upload files" button,
then click "Choose file", use file explorer to search, pick the file,
and after picking it, click "Upload". After upload finishes, you will
receive your file download and deletion link.

Q. How can i delete files?
A. You can delete files with unique link, that you
get after upload process completes. Also you can delete files from your
account "My Files" section.

Q. Why do I need to register with Rapidgator?
A. In general, you do not need to register, but
registration provides additional benefits. You can download files with
unlimited speed.

Q. Is it possbile to search files on Rapidgator.net?
A. No, you can't search files on our site.

Q. Can i store personal files on Rapidgator?
A. Yes, all files you upload to Rapidgator are hiden
from others and only you are aware of them, untill you share the file
download link with someone else.
